About the event

Come help make Winnipeg a greener space.

Path:

We will follow the Assiniboine River from the Museum of Human Rights, passing through East Blanchard Park, and finally stopping at the Riparian Forest Path at Armstrong's Point. This is a 3.2km walk and would take approximately 45-60 minutes without stops, but will take about 90-120 minutes depending on the level of litter we find. Unfortunately this trail is not wheelchair accessible.

Feel free to bring your own garbage picking tongs as we only have 13 so far.

We will be providing:

  • Gloves (S,M,L,XL)
